Set-up includes:
As part of this group High Tea package, all of the necessary accessories will be provided to give you that elegant and relaxed feel!
- One vintage high tea stand for every five guests to display your sweet treats on
- A vintage cup and saucer for each guest
- Two vintage silver teapots
- One milk jug for every five guests
- One delicate sugar bowl per every five guests
- One fine bone china serving plate and fork for each guest
- One white linen tablecloth to complete the look!

Your Host:
One of the best features of this High Tea is that the leading lady can take a well deserved seat! As part of the package, you will have a friendly and professional host attend to the needs of all of your guests.
- Deliver and set up the High Tea at your nominated venue
- Present and then serve to all the guests
- Provide a full tea service
- Clean up after the party has finished

Your menu on the day may vary but this is a sample of what to expect on the delicate 3-tier stands:
Open and finger sandwiches:
- Roast beef and cucumber with a tangy horseradish cream and watercress garnish
- Freshly smoked salmon and cream cheese
- Delicious prosciutto slices with thinly cut pear and fig jam

Savoury:
- Lamb and harissa sausage rolls
- Baby beetroot and goats cheese tarts
- Roasted chorizo, shallot and mushroom tarts

Scones:
- Blueberry scones with fresh strawberry jam and fluffy whipped cream
- Buttermilk scones with raspberry jam and fluffy whipped cream
- Zesty lemon scones with blackberry jam and fluffy whipped cream

Sweets:
- Sweet strawberry éclair
- Triple berry cheesecake
- Red velvet cupcake with rich cream cheese icing

VENUE + LOCATION:
This is a mobile High Tea service that comes to you at your home or preferred venue. A venue more than 40km from the CBD will incur a small additional fee.

People per certificate:
15 people

Numbers on day:
This High Tea package must have a minimum of 15 people in order to proceed. Additional single certificates may be purchased but you MUST have purchased this certificate first.

3 Hours

Availability:
This package is available for bookings on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Weather:
You should have a plan B reserved if the weather isn't agreeable and you need to set up the service under cover.

Other:
If you live within a 40km radius of Melbourne, you do not have to pay additional travel fees. However, if you are further than 40km from Melbourne, please note that you will need to pay an extra $2.50 per km.
