Horse riding is a enjoyable and exciting way to enjoy the best of the natural beauty offered in abundance at Glenworth Valley one hour north Sydney inland from the Central Coast. The certificate makes for a perfect birthday present for a passionate horse lover, regardless of their previous riding experience. The package includes a two hour guided horse ride through the beautiful surrounding valley.

ITINERARY:
A guide will accompany you for the horse ride after matching you to a suitable horse. Explore the surrounding property and relax while the guide fills you in on some local tips and hints. If you feel comfortable and confident with your horse, you may be allowed to leave the group and explore the valley at your own pace to discover its secrets.

VENUE:
With almost 40 years experience in outdoor adventure, you couldn't be in better hands. Situated within Glenworth Valley and owning 3000 acres of unspoilt wilderness with access to lush valleys, impressive rock formations and open pastures, this is the ideal location to explore some of Australia's bushland and have an exciting adventure at the same time.  Both adventures are careful to keep you comfortable and within these zones. You will never be expected or pushed to do what you don't wish to.

LOCATION:
This abseiling adventure takes place in Glenworth Valley, a scenic 1 hour drive from Sydney or Newcastle.

Participant guidelines:
This tour is for all ages from 7 years. Children between 7 and 18 years must have written parental consent to participate. Weight Restriction For safety and animal welfare reasons, Glenworth Valley has a maximum weight limit of 110kg. Please be aware that the maximum weight limit may be lower than 110kgs and is subject to variation on a daily basis according to what horses are available for work on the day that you attend. In addition to a person's weight, whether there is a suitable horse 

Numbers on day:
You will be in a group on the day of up to 10 people and accompanied by an experienced guide.

What to bring/Dress code:
Recommend loose fitting pants. Footwear should ideally be boots or shoes with a flat sole and small heal. Flat soled sand shoes are O.K. Depending on the weather it is suggest that clients bring sunscreen, insect repellent & brimmed hat. 

Availability:
Tour operates 7 days a week. Rides depart weekdays at 10am and 2pm and weekends at 9.30am, 12pm and 2pm. Please book at least 2 days in advance of your preferred date. During peak times (school holidays and public holidays) the rides are very busy, so book early

In the case of bad weather conditions the ride may be moved to another date. Contact the operator on the day for current conditions.
