Learn to cook some delicious dishes and match the flavours with the James Squire range of beers in a fun and interactive class in Sydney. These classes are run and hosted by some of the best BBQ chefs in Australia. They take their grills seriously and know how to produce the best menus from the same hotplate, with each mouthful bursting with that authentic, fresh and delicious flavour that only a BBQ make. They will show you how to avoid charred mistakes and coax the juiciest flavours from your meat.

On the day:
Your BBQ Cooking class commences with a beer on arrival and an introduction to the group. Aprons are provided to all students to get into the mood for cooking up a storm. In the Beer & BBQ lesson, expect all things entertaining with a dinner party style menu that is matched with premium Australian craft beers. Then get straight into demonstrating the first dish where all participants are integral in the production, management and serving of all dishes.
