DETAILS This cooking class is held in Beer Deluxe, a multi level entertainment centre in Hawthorn. With a huge range of beers and ciders on tap, and private function facilities, there really is no better place to host a fun cooking class! These classes are run and hosted by some of the best BBQ chefs in Australia. They take their grills seriously and know how to produce the best menus from the same hotplate, with each mouthful bursting with that authentic, fresh and delicious flavour that only a BBQ make. They will show you how to avoid charred mistakes and coax the juiciest flavours from your meat.
