Step by Step:
Your day will start off with refreshments – a cool drink, tea or coffee with a biscuit, slice or cake followed by introductions and an explanation about the cooking techniques and methods which will be used throughout the lesson. Once the cooking part of the day is complete, the group will be invited to take a seat and enjoy the delicious meals prepared along with some wine, overlooking the stunning Port Phillip Bay.
