With such a wonderful variety of dishes made from sun-ripened fruit and vegetables, fresh herbs, seafood and meat, participants will be sure to savour the sunny flavours of Spain with Andalusian gazpacho; enjoy the French romance of Provencal prawns and the exotic spices of Morocco in spiced lentil, chick peas and pumpkin tagine.

Step by Step:
Your day will start off with refreshments – a cool drink, tea or coffee with a biscuit, slice or cake followed by introductions and an explanation about the cooking techniques and methods which will be used throughout the lesson. Once the cooking part of the day is complete, the group will be invited to take a seat and enjoy the delicious meals prepared along with some wine, overlooking the stunning Port Phillip Bay.

Participant guidelines:
Minimum of four people per class; Maximum of nine people per class
 
What to bring/Dress code:
Everything you need will be provided incl. aprons, knives, pens and a recipe booklet to take home
