In this cooking class, you will learn how to choose the right equipment and select the perfect meat to make the best sausages you’ve ever tasted.

Guest chef presenter, John T Bailey will instruct you on how to mince, stuff and link the sausages and how to pick the right herbs and spices that you probably already grow in your garden to create new flavours. In this class, the myth of sausages being made of the left-over scraps from a butcher’s block will be completely debunked.

Cooking class includes:

  • Tuition by guest chef John T Bailey on several sausage types including Cumberland and bratwurst.
  • Recipe booklet
  • Apron to protect your clothing while cooking
  • Create your own sausages and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a sit down meal and glass of wine
