This is the opportunity of a lifetime if you've ever wanted to dive with sharks. You'll get up close and personal with huge grey nurse sharks, giant stingrays, sea turtles, wobbegong sharks and a vast array of marine life.
Your introductory dive experience will include an introduction to SCUBA diving briefing and a pool skills session. Next, you'll be guided by an experienced instructor on a 30 minute dive through the Oceanarium.
Afterwards, you'll be de-briefed and will receive a Shark Dive certificate and have the option to purchase an underwater photo.
People per certificate:
One Person Per Certificate.
Participant guidelines:
14 years or older.
Numbers on day:
One person per certificate. A maximum of four introductory divers will dive in the tank per session.
What to bring/Dress code:
Swimming costume, towel. All diving equipment is provided (you may bring your own mask and wetsuit).
Availability:
7 days a week, several times a day , please note bookings are essential - Shark Feed dives only run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Weather:
You are guaranteed perfect conditions every time with great visibility within the 4 million litre Oceanarium
Spectators:
Friends and family are able to watch your shark dive from the shark tunnels
Other:
Subject to a short medical questionnaire and able to swim.
