Under the conditions usually experienced (light easterly breeze), this will take about 15 minutes.

The group will then casually paddle for approximately two kilometres (around 30-minutes) to Penguin Island where an excellent picnic lunch will be provided. The picnic lunch will include a variety of biscuits, dips, cheese, meat, tuna, seasonal fruits, lollies, lettuce, capsicum, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado & bread rolls. A selection of juice is available and water is also provided on the day. After lunch, the tour continues with a visit to the Penguin Centre where participants are able to observe penguins and have the opportunity to feed them!

After this people are free to snorkel, swim, do some more kayaking, or explore the beaches and caves of the island. Participants can also go on a nature walk around the island to discover the many and varied shellfish, starfish, crabs and sea birds.
