Cooking class includes tuition on how to make traditional tasty Italian sausages and salami at home. You will learn how to make the sausage skins followed by the stuffing, and the move on to preparing salami, its fillings and curing the meat.
COOKING CLASS INLCUDES:
You will learn how to make the sausage skins followed by the stuffing, and then move onto preparing salami skins, its fillings and curing the meat. - Morning tea will be provided, along with some lunch and a glass of wine - All the fresh ingredients that you need will be provided for you. - Extensive notes will be provided - You can also take home your sausages and pick up your salami after 6 weeks to give it time to cure.
VENUE + LOCATION: Your cooking workshop is located just on the outskirts of Wagga Wagga, surrounded by gorgeous hills and the very farmland that supply your ingredients. With large windows to let in the views, the workshop spaces are specially designed for classroom functionality and are prepared with modern cooking equipment
