Prime Restaurant first opened in September 1999, nestled inside a heritage listed sandstone room within Sydney's premier historical GPO building. Prime immediately became Sydney's leading Australian steak restaurant, steakhouse and grill room, with the timeless elegance of its New York style interior, attention to detail, the best available produce and unique cooking approach.
The restaurant has won a number of awards throughout it's 15 years of operation and is known to be the most innovative steak restaurant being the first restaurant to offer dry-aged beef and Wagyu.
