We start our story with the arrival of the Indian community in Australia and how their aromatic spices were stirred into Modern Australian cuisine. Continuing to the subtly spiced rice based cuisine of South India; guests will travel through the cuisines of India in all their variety and diversity down to the rich Punjabi food spiced with garam masala of the north and conclude with an offering of Indian deserts like you've never experienced before.
