You will have the onsite facilities, including pool, tennis courts, BBQ area, award-winning spa and access to the golf course at your fingertips for the weekend.If you would like to explore further into the Hunter Valley, the concierge team can assist with booking wine tours, hot air ballooning and helicopter flights to make this a truly memorable getaway.

Participant guidelines:
Please contact Château Élan to book your experience. At the time of booking, you will be asked to provide the details of your certificate including the certificate number and admin code. At this point, please consider your certificate redeemed and you will be bound by the Château’s cancellation policy.

Availability:
This package must be booked in advance and is subject to the Château’s availability for rooms. It cannot be redeemed on public holidays and concert weekends.

Other:
Cancellation Policy: Friday or Saturday Arrival. In the event of a non-arrival or less than 14 days’ notice of cancellation is given, 50% of your payment will be retained by the hotel. 

Sunday – Thursday Arrival. In the event of a non-arrival or less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is given, 50% of your payment will be retained by the hotel.
