You will visit 'living legends' at Woodlands Historic Park; host to retired champion race horses. Meet the horses, watch kangaroos in their natural environment and enjoy morning tea. Living Legends, located just outside Melbourne, has been established to bring retired champion horses back to the public. It is situated at Woodlands Historic Park. Living Legends is home to retired champion racehorses .
Lunch and wine tastings are at Gisborne Peak Estate, located within the Macedon Ranges wine region - a recognised cool climate wine growing region. Beer tasting is at Holgate brewery - home of the 2008 'Best Beer Brewed in Victoria' trophy. Holgate's is a traditional country pub with classic beer styles, full in flavour and rich in character. At the end of the day enjoy a meander down the main street of beautiful Woodend.
