VENUE: This class is held in modern classroom within a cheese-themed café. You will have access to all of the equipment you need to create your cheese and will be expertly guided through the steps to avoid mistakes. Not only will you learn how to create these little mouthfuls of heaven, you can actually purchase all the equipment you will need to recreate the cheeses at home.
