Melbourne chef Tonya Jennings opened Cooking on the Bay many years ago and she invites you to come and learn to cook beautiful French dishes, finishing up with a leisurely lunch or dinner, overlooking the picturesque bay

In France cooking is a pleasure - the French cook because they want to eat well and they love the process. So go ahead, and learn to cook classic French dishes including blanquette de veau, coq au vin and crème brûlée as well as regional favourites such as Soupe au Pistou, Tarte aux poires Normande and Pissaladière.  The French Odyssey Cooking Class will take you on a culinary journey where each and every participant will be invited to enjoy the tastes, textures and aromas of simple and sophisticated French cooking.

Participant guidelines:
All classes are structured around four-courses

Numbers on day:
Minimum of four (4) people per class; Maximum of nine (9) people per class 

What to bring/Dress code:
Everything you need will be provided incl. aprons, knives, pens and a recipe booklet to take home 

Availability:
Classes available any date of your choice for groups of 4+
