Become a master of French cuisine with this fabulous French class and bring the very best dishes to your own dining table without needing a passport. Be awed and inspired by the skill and delicacy of French cuisine in this French cooking class. Your cooking class take place in Neutral Bay, just a few minutes out of the centre of Sydney. Classes are generally between 8-16

We offer three fabulous French Classics cooking classes at Sydney Cooking School – each can be taken individually and do not need to be done in order. 

Be awed and inspired by the skill and delicacy of French cuisine in this French cooking class. Be taught by one of our Michelin starred Chefs.

France has a rich culinary history, from rustic peasant foods to the most technical haute cuisine masterpieces.

 

Learn a 3 course meal to enjoy with the family or impress at your next dinner party. Dishes such as

 

Twice baked cheese soufflé, Carré d’agneau a la Provençale (Lamb Provencal) and Warm Chocolate Fondant.

Warm asparagus vinaigrette, Duck a l’ Orange and the delightfully luscious Apple Tart Tatin. 

OR

Moules Marinieres (mussels in white wine cream sauce), Coq Au Vin (slow cooked chicken) and Crepe Suzette (world famous crepe dessert).

Then we sit down as a group to enjoy your restaurant worthy dishes paired with a glass of wine!
