Experience:
Over the course of two hours the instructor will start out on the beach and teach how to recognize surf conditions and practice technique before entering the water.  Then it’s off into the ocean, where you start off in broken waves – the white foam created after the waves run their course.  You’ll be taught in a small group setting of 5 students or less, to provide a more personal experience and plenty of hands-on help.

Participant guidelines:
Minimum age is 12 years old
 
Numbers on day:
Maximum 5 participants per instructor
 
What to bring/Dress code:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the commencement of lesson. Bring swim wear and a towel.
 
Availability:
Available every day, 365 days a year | Bookings are essential
 
Weather:
In the case of bad surf conditions your lesson may be moved to another time. Contact the operator on the day for surf conditions
 
Spectators:
Your friends are welcome to watch all the action from the sand at Bondi
