These classes are run and hosted by some of the best BBQ chefs in Australia. They take their grills seriously and know how to produce the best menus from the same hotplate, with each mouthful bursting with that authentic, fresh and delicious flavour that only a BBQ make. They will show you how to avoid charred mistakes and coax the juiciest flavours from your meat.

This cooking class is held in The Hamilton Hotel, an iconic Brisbane landmark that is famous for delicious pub food, a chilled beer and great company. Your class will be held as a private function, giving you plenty of room to move around your BBQ and interact with other participants. On arrival at the session, you will be provided with a cold glass of sangria, an apron and welcomed by the chefs who will outline expected competencies from the session, discuss the format of the day and introduce the menu. Class menu includes: • BBQ Stuffed Squid with Chorizo • Freshly Shucked Pancetta Seared Oysters • Cumin Spiced Sticky Lamb Ribs • Wagu Meat Balls with Roasted Capsicum, Chilli & Tomato Sauce • Patatas Bravas
