BBQ Meat Cooking Class (3 Hours)

This cooking class is an ideal gift for any occasion like a birthday or Christmas and is the perfect chance to adorn the apron and fire up the BBQ. Learn new skills and adopt a new method of cooking to ensure that you get the juiciest flavours and textures from your meat the next time you're handed the tongs!  These classes are run and hosted by some of the best BBQ chefs in Australia. They take their grills seriously and know how to produce the best menus from the same hotplate, with each mouthful bursting with that authentic, fresh and delicious flavour that only a BBQ make. They will show you how to avoid charred mistakes and coax the juiciest flavours from your meat.

CLASS MENU INCLUDES:

• BBQ Entree: BBQ The Spice Tailor Tandoori Chicken with Kachumber wrapped in Paratha 
• BBQ Main (3 different mains): BBQ Bass Strait Beef Sirloin, Field Mushrooms and Porcini  Butter and BBQ Greek Style Lamb with Fat Roasted Potato and Kale Salad 

Participant guidelines:
Suitable for ages 15+ All minors must be accompanied by an adult 

Numbers on day:
Maximum of 20 attendees

Aprons will be provided • Participants are recommended to wear closed shoes.

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy: Rescheduling:

•Over 2 weeks prior to the experience date: No charge

•72 hours - 2 weeks prior to the experience date: $50 per person participant fee to change the experience date and time

•Within 72 hours of the experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund
