By combining cooking principles, techniques and inspirations gained from different cooking traditions and cultures, this class will be sure to teach you fantastic ideas to apply to your cooking at home. This is what modern Australian cuisine is all about – cooking simply and thereby enhancing the natural food flavours, so our food looks and tastes delicious.

Your day will start off with a cool drink, tea or coffee with a biscuit, slice or cake followed by introductions, an explanation about the cooking techniques and methods which will be used throughout the lesson. Once the cooking part of the day is complete, the group will dine at the table, and enjoy the delicious dishes prepared, along with some wine, overlooking the stunning Port Phillip Bay. 
So come along and develop a cooking style that is natural and true for your very own tastes!

All classes are structured around four-courses
 
Numbers on day:
Minimum of four people per class; Maximum of nine people per class
 
What to bring/Dress code:
Everything you need will be provided incl. aprons, knives, pens and a recipe booklet to take home
 
Availability:
Classes available any date of your choice for groups of 4+
