When you purchase a gift certificate, we need to know your name, address, email address and phone number for delivery and contact should any problem arise. We also need the same details for the recipient should there be any need to contact them. We collect gender and date of birth information for demographic research purposes only and will not sell, trade or hire this information to 3rd parties.
2. Product supplier
When you purchase a Best Gift Certificate the recipient’s contact details are emailed to the supplier to allow them to identify the certificate holder. This protects the integrity of the certificate and the recipient’s certificate against misuse.
3. Email Newsletters
Members may allow us to send our regular emails with product and hospitality information. When signing up to de Groots Best Gift Certificates there is an option for members to receive these emails. Newsletters contain unsubscribe links. Members may also allow 3rd parties to contact them via de Groots Media emails.
