• Shirodhara Warmed Oil Massage This treatment originates from India and begins with a luxurious foot wash before moving on to a back, neck and shoulder massage. Indulge in a hot towel treatment before relaxing into a soothing foot massage. The final step is to have a unique blend of oils poured gently onto the forehead, soaking into your hair and scalp for a beautiful head massage.
• Warmed Bamboo Massage Begin with a warm foot soak and followed by a full body dry brush to exfoliate any dead skin cells. Next, melt into a full body massage before experiencing a bamboo massage to get rid of pressure and is great for detox. Finish off with a head massage. A special combination of oils will be left on the skin for extra moisture and softness. • Heated Herbal Massage Start the treatment off with a warming foot soak before settling in for the massage using a heated herbal compress. Filled with lemon grass, camphor, rock salt, tamarind leaves, turmeric and kaffir lime, the compress is kneaded into the body to relieve deep tension and pain. Finish off with a full body massage. • Heated Stone Massage This massage begins with a heated foot soak before hot and smooth stones are placed along the spine and moved in patterns to induce a fully relaxed and blissful state. Finish off with a full body and scalp massage.
• Warm Candle Massage The preparation for this massage begins long before your arrival, where the candle used in your treatment is created using a unique blend of macadamia, orange, ylang ylang, lavender and mandarin essential oils. For your actual treatment, the candle wax is poured carefully onto back and massaged into the skin.
