The Polaris quad bikes are fully automatic and are extremely safe, an orientation of the bikes and introduction about the tour is provided. There is always only one person to each bike. The initial pace is slow to ensure everyone is comfortable with their quad bike and feels secure. The tour guide rides a two seat quad bike to take a passenger, should the need arise.

Photo opportunities occur regularly as the adventure passes towards the East MacDonnell Ranges, over dry riverbeds and around water holes. Kangaroos, dingoes and station cattle are seen regularly.
