DINING: After spending the day travelling around the local area, guided by the handbook provided, guests are invited to attend a delicious 3 course dinner in Quamby Estate’s Club House Restaurant. Overlooking the gorgeous golf course with a glass of wine, this is a perfect way to wrap up a day of exploring. Guests will meet the chef and be treated to a personal briefing of the menu. The menu is specifically designed to include the local produce that guests would have visited throughout the day and perhaps inspire some budding chefs to expand their own pantry to include some of Tasmania’s best!
