DINING:  After spending the day travelling around the local area, guided by the handbook provided, guests are invited to attend a delicious 3 course dinner in Quamby Estate’s Club House Restaurant. Overlooking the gorgeous golf course with a glass of wine, this is a perfect way to wrap up a day of exploring.  Guests will meet the chef and be treated to a personal briefing of the menu. The menu is specifically designed to include the local produce that guests would have visited throughout the day and perhaps inspire some budding chefs to expand their own pantry to include some of Tasmania’s best!

VENUE:   Quamby Estate is set on 150-acres and has a rich Tasmanian history, dating back to the 1830s. In 2011, the property was beautifully restored and now offers several facilities: - a restaurant - library - sitting rooms - tennis court - hiking trails Each of the 10 guestrooms on the estate have been impeccably restored with a unique decorative style to each room to give them distinctive character.  It is an ideal venue for a country getaway.   **Please Note** This particular package is available in Quamby Estate’s high season – between October and April.
