Bring the Spanish fiesta into any backyard BBQ with this exciting BBQ cooking class where youwill learn to prepare a variety of BBQ tapas in Sydney. This is a fun and hands on class that is perfect for any gift occasion throughout the year. These classes are run and hosted by some of the best BBQ chefs in Australia. They take their grills seriously and know how to produce the best menus from the same hotplate, with each mouthful bursting with that authentic, fresh and delicious flavour that only a BBQ make.

DETAILS
Depending on the class schedule, this class will take place at either Sydney Centennial Park or Willoughby Hotel in Chatswood . Centennial Park classes will be held at Fairland Pavilion with fantastic views over the park. Willoughby Hotel is a local gem, packed with history and is a sure favourite with class participantsOn arrival at the session, you will be provided with a cold glass of sangria, an apron and welcomed by the chefs who will outline expected competencies from the session, discuss the format of the day and introduce the menu. Class menu includes   • BBQ Stuffed Squid with Chorizo • Freshly Shucked Pancetta Seared Oysters • Cumin Spiced Sticky Lamb Ribs • Wagu Meat Balls with Roasted Capsicum, Chilli & Tomato Sauce • Patatas Bravas

What to bring/Dress code:
Aprons will be provided • Participants are recommended to wear closed shoes.

Availability: classes available on Saturdays (Willoughby) and Sundays (Centennial Park).

Rescheduling
Over 2 weeks prior to the experience date: No charge72 hours - 2 weeks prior to the experience date: $50 per person participant fee to change the experience date and time •Within 72 hours of the experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund
