Learn to make a range of delicious BBQ Seafood dishes with this hands on cooking class in Sydney. These classes are run and hosted by some of the best BBQ chefs in Australia. They take their grills seriously and know how to produce the best menus from the same hotplate, with each mouthful bursting with that authentic, fresh and delicious flavour that only a BBQ make. They will show you how to avoid charred mistakes and coax the juiciest flavours from your meat.

Become the master of the BBQ with this cooking class and learn how to grill the most delicious seafood while matching the flavours with Yellowtail wines. It is a fun and hands on gift idea for any one who likes to cook. Depending on the class schedule, this class will take place at either Sydney Centennial Park or Marrickville. Centennial Park classes will be held at Fairland Pavilion with fantastic views over the park.
Class menu includes:
- BBQ Starter: BBQ King Prawns with The Spice Tailor Tandoori & Seasoned Banana Sambal
- BBQ Entree: BBQ Spice Crusted Squid with Citrus and Fennel Salad
- BBQ Main (two mains): BBQ Whole Snapper with Soy, Ginger & Crunchy Thai Salad and BBQ Hot Salmon with Honey Dijon
