This cooking class is held in The Hamilton Hotel, an iconic Brisbane landmark that is famous for delicious pub food, a chilled beer and great company. Your class will be held as a private function, giving you plenty of room to move around your BBQ and interact with other participants.

Details: Menu includes BBQ Balmain bugs with paw paw, lime and chilli salsa, BBQ glazed leg of ham with golden syrup and English mustart, Prosciutto infused BBQ Turkey breast with marjoram and cranberry compote, BBQ sticky fig and brandy pudding to finish.These classes are run and hosted by some of the best BBQ chefs in Australia. They take their grills seriously and know how to produce the best menus from the same hotplate, with each mouthful bursting with that authentic, fresh and delicious flavour that only a BBQ make. They will show you how to avoid charred mistakes and coax the juiciest flavours from your meat.

Cancellation Policy: Once this experience has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy: Rescheduling • Over 72 prior to the experience date: No charge • 72 hours until the experience date: $50 per participant fee to be charged to change the date. This will be the fee for fresh produce, already assigned to you. • No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund
