Depending on the class schedule, this class will take place at either Sydney Centennial Park or Willoughby Hotel . Centennial Park classes will be held at Fairland Pavilion with fantastic views over the park. Willoughby Hotel is a local gem, packed with history and is a sure favourite with class participants.

Partake in a fun BBQ cooking class as you learn to prepare the perfect BBQ feast for your friends and family to enjoy. On the day arrive at the session, you will be provided with a welcome drink – delicious cider, an apron and welcomed by the chefs who will outline expected competencies from the session, discuss the format of the day and introduce the menu.

YOUR HOSTS:These classes are run and hosted by some of the best BBQ chefs in Australia. They take their grills seriously and know how to produce the best menus from the same hotplate, with each mouthful bursting with that authentic, fresh and delicious flavour that only a BBQ make. They will show you how to avoid charred mistakes and coax the juiciest flavours from your meat.
