Learn the art of American ‘ Low and Slow’ smoking BBQ techniques in this interactive cooking class. Cook up items like the famous Memphis style pulled pork shoulder and slow smoked Texan beef brisket. Master the art of fall off the bone meat with this traditional American smoking style BBQ class, learning new flavour combinations and BBQ cooking style methods

PACKAGE INCLUDES: • Learn from one of the qualified chef instructors in a class environment • Beer on arrival • All cooking ingredients and utensils are provided for the class • You will also receive an apron • Get to try the delicious food creations at the end of the class

CLASS MENU: 

  • BBQ Entree (2 entrees): Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers and Memphis Style Smoked Pulled Pork with Mop Sauce & Cabbage and Apple Slaw 
  • BBQ Main (3 Mains): Smoked Baby Back Ribs with Apple Bourbon BBQ Sauce, Tax Style, Smoked Low and Slow, Bass Strait Brisket and Smoked Corn with Jalapeno and Lime Butter 
  • BBQ Dessert: Spicy Cinnamon & Chilli Chocolate Brownie 


VENUE: Centennial Park is close to the Sydney Cricket Ground, and Marrickvile.

Participant guidelines: •This experience involves alcohol, it is recommended that all participants be over 18 years of age. •Menu is subject to seasonal change

Numbers on day:

• This class runs with a maximum of 20 people

• A minimum of 4 people are required to run each tour

• Participants will be contacted by the experience provider direct to reschedule if minimum numbers have not been reached 

What to bring/Dress code:
It is recommended to wear covered shoes and comfortable clothing

Classes available on weekends only

Cancellation Policy: Once this experience has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:

Rescheduling • Over 72 prior to the experience date: No charge • 72 hours until the experience date: $50 per participant fee to be charged to change the date. This will be the fee for fresh produce, already assigned to you. • No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund, No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund.
