Full Description

Winery representatives will be onboard giving you the opportunity to sample a number of different wines throughout the night. Enjoy substantial freshly prepared finger food including tasty morsels from the barbeque for dinner.

Inclusions:
* Selection of Australian wines to taste and enjoy
* Two hour unique sailing experience on the harbour
* Substantial finger food dinner including seafood
* The opportunity to hoist the sails, relax and enjoy the sun set

Indicative Menu:
* Prawn skewers barbequed
* Chicken cocktail skewers barbequed
* Gourmet chipolatas with zesty tomato relish
* Mini spinach quiches
* Selection of savoury profiteroles filled with beef, seafood mornay, vegetables and spinach
* Quiche cocktail Lorraine
* Spinach & cheese triangles
* Barbequed chorizo pieces
* Beef pastizzis

Departs from Campbell’s Cove, The Rocks (Adjacent to the Hyatt Hotel).

Certificate covers 1 person.

Participant Guidelines:
Must be 18 years old to sample wine. Wear comfortable clothes. High heels are not permitted on board.

Numbers on Day:
Numbers on the day include you, other passengers and crew.

What to Bring / Dress Code:
Please consider the weather on the day. Soft low heel shoes, hat, wet weather gear (if it looks like rain) and a warm jacket are suggested. You are welcome to bring a small cushion if required. No sharp heeled shoes will be permitted.

Duration:
2 hour wine tasting and sailing dinner experience. Boarding is 15 minutes prior to sailing time.

Weather:
The ship will sail in wet weather - tickets will not be refunded due to rain. Bring wet weather gear if it looks like rain – it is all part of the adventure. If weather conditions or other factors cause the Master to cancel the sail, a rain check for another voyage will be issued. No refunds will be made.
