Presented under the soaring ceiling of Crossroads Bar, choose from the traditional tiered service.

Executive Chef, Justin Zammit has created a High Tea experience like no other using seasonal ingredients and fresh local produce. Drawing on his international Michelin star experience he has created tantalizing sweet treats including petit cakes, jellies, mousses and crème brûlée complimented by savory bites of pinwheel sandwiches filled with smoked salmon & cream cheese, egg & cress and organic chicken. Central to any high tea, freshly baked scones with jam and whipped cream have not been forgotten.
