Ever wanted to learn how to cook authentic Thai? Hot, sour, saltyand sweet – our Thai cooking lessons will teach you to create the delicate balance of flavours that makes Thai cooking unique.

Thai cooking is characterised by zesty flavours – everything from hot and spicy to cool and refreshing. Thai curry ingredients are pounded with a pestle in a stone mortar to make curry paste. Thai cooking uses fresh garden produce and beef, pork, poultry or seafood with exotic combinations of herbs and spices to produce its special flavour and popular appeal.

Learn the essentials of Thai cooking such as how to create your own red and green Thai curry pastes from fresh ingredients. Make Thai curry, stir fry and much more. Your friends and family will be amazed and your taste buds delighted, Thai cooking is nothing short of sensational.

Your cooking class with Pip Kerslake will equip you with a range of skills and an array of authentic Thai recipes. Class menus constantly change with the seasonal availability of fresh produce and the variety of ways to prepare them.

To enable Pip to give everyone her full attention, class numbers are limited to 8 people as Pip wants you all to enjoy the experience and the food.

What to Bring / Dress Code:
Neat casual clothing with flat, closed, non-slip shoes. Aprons will be provided to wear in class.

Duration:
Please arrive on time as there is a lot to learn and go through and you want to be able to sit down and enjoy your meal within the allocated time frame. The class begins with food preparation and ends with beautiful home-style Thai meal and a well earned glass of vino.
