You can be guaranteed this will be much more than your standard cooking class! This is not a demonstration, you get to do all the cooking – not the Chef!

Nothing signals summer like superb local seafood and nothing is more disappointing than not knowing what to do with it.

In this fun, NEW, hands-on class, you’ll learn the difference between a so-so seafood BBQ and a Sumptuous Seafood Feast! Our fun chefs will ensure you leave with the confidence (and a few fabulous recipes) that will have you racing to your local fish monger.

We firmly believe that the best way to master anything is to actually do it – so come along, learn some new skills and get ready to WOW your friends and family this summer.

This class is different to other BBQ classes in Sydney, as you actually prepare the seafood and accompanying dishes…not just cook something all prepped for you. So you will be able to recreate the dishes from scratch at home – and with confidence!

Bring your friends, enjoy a glass of bubbles on arrival and get ready for a 3 hour session of fun, laughter and learning.

1 Person.

Participant Guidelines:
You must be 15 years of age or older to participate in this experience and over 18 years to drink wine with the meal. Please Note: Cooking classes may not be suitable for people with food allergies - please contact us if you have any concerns.

Numbers on Day:
There will be a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 people per class. There will be a maximum of 15 people per chef.

What to Bring / Dress Code:
Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended. You should wear closed-in shoes - the flatter the better! Stilettos are not suitable. We have fabulous aprons for purchase at $25, or you can bring your own. Bring your sense of adventure and a smile!

Duration:
This is a 3 hour cooking class with lots of interaction, talk & laughter. You’ll cook restaurant quality food which you get to enjoy at the end with a glass of wine. Cooking class tuition by experienced and fun chefs and cooks, including professional knife chopping training.

Availability:
Classes are held monthly. Weekend classes start at 11am and finish at 2pm, Tuesday night classes start and 6pm and finish at 9pm.

Your class takes place in our swanky venue so it’s great in any weather!
