We all love Italian, but do we know how to translate that love and enthusiasm into a banquet your friends will be begging for the recipes? It's all about passion; fabulous, fresh ingredients; and keeping the cooking simple - yet with easy-spot-on technique to ensure your feast is long-remembered. Think sensational antipasto, great pasta dishes and wicked desserts - Bellissimo!

You don't even have to know how to boil an egg. After this authentic Italian cooking class you'll have the skills to invite your friends over for dinner! With a dash of confidence, a sprinkling of tips and a splash of enthusiasm you'll be cut loose in the kitchen to make a delicious Italian feast.

Description:

This is not a demonstration class. It's important that YOU get the chance to do all the cooking - not the chef!

During the class you'll learn knife technique, preparation, and cooking skills, along with many other skills and tips for making delicious Italian food. With one chef to each group

Additional Information

People per certificate:
One person per certificate.

Participant Guidelines:
You must be 15 years of age or older to participate in this experience and over 18 years to drink wine with the meal.

Numbers on Day:
The price quoted is for one person. There will be a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 40 people per class. In the event that minimum numbers are not met, your experience will be canceled and rescheduled for a later date.

What to Bring / Dress Code:
Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended. You should wear closed-in shoes - the flatter the better! Stilettos are not suitable. Purchase a fab apron on the day at $25 or you can bring your own.

Duration:
The lesson begins with a tuition, followed by food preparation and finishes with a delicious home cooked meal.

Classes are scheduled every couple of months. Bookings essential.
