Invite the sexy spices of Spain into your life with this Spanish and tapas cooking class in Sydney. Add a dash of confidence, a sprinkling of tips and a cup of enthusiasm. It's a recipe for fun and creation! Call on your cooking flair because after preparing the meals you'll get to eat them!

Description:

This is not a demonstration class. It's important that YOU get the chance to do all the cooking - not the chef!

At the start of the class you'll practice knife chopping skills, before being set loose in the kitchen.

With your chef close by to guide and inspire you, you'll learn how to create stunning tapas to tantalise your guests, then deliver an amazing Spanish feast! You'll learn the correct way to use some of Spain's wonderful products, such as saffron, seafood, garlic, spicy chorizo and heady smoked paprika! And with one chef to each group of 8-13 people, you'll be motivated and feeling kitchen-confident in no time!

Participant Guidelines:
You must be 15 years of age or older to participate in this experience and over 18 years to drink wine with the meal.

Numbers on Day:
There will be a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 40 people per class. In the event that minimum numbers are not met, your experience will be canceled and rescheduled for a later date.

What to Bring / Dress Code:
Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended. You should wear closed-in shoes - the flatter the better! Stilettos are not suitable. Purchase a fab apron on the day at $25 or you can bring your own.

Duration:
This is a 3 hour cooking class with lots of interaction, talk and laughter. A restaurant-quality, delicious meal which you get to enjoy at the end with a glass of wine. Cooking class tuition by experienced and fun chefs and cooks, including professional knife chopping training.

Availability:
Cooking classes operate approximately once a month on Saturdays from 11:00am-2:00pm. Bookings are essential.
