Retreat to the dual treatment room for a meditative massage and re fresher facial. Feel the stresses melt away and tension dissolve. Muscles no longer ache and calm finds you. The retreat experience is designed for quality time out for two. Reconnect with the retreat for two.

Retreat for two package includes:
- 60 minute massage of your choice
- 15min quick fix refresh facial

The choices for your 60 minute massage are:

Relaxation
A smooth, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, calms the mind and improves wellbeing. Alleviates stress and fatigue.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It is designed to penetrate into the sections of thick muscles, specifically the individual muscle fibres. It is usually a firmer and deeper massage treatment to alleviate tired muscles and tension. It may cause some soreness during or after the session, which dissipates after a few days.

Remedial
A remedial treatment helps to restore function to injured soft tissues -muscles, tendons and ligaments. Therapy may involve the use of various types of Massage, as well as a range of other physical treatments to assist recovery. In addition, you may be asked to perform some activities at home to assist the process of recovery.

Pregnancy
The pregnancy massage incorporates the use of a special pregnancy support pillow that allows the client to lie on their tummy for greater comfort in the 2nd and 3rd trimester. Massage relieves the tensions and discomfort of pregnancy. It calms the nervous system and reduces fatigue whilst enhancing energy.
