It’s time to escape the rat-race of city living and head to Australia’s signature vineyards and wine making region-The Hunter Valley.
The journey into the Hunter Valley is absolutely breathtaking, and begins with views of Sydney Harbour before taking in all of Sydney’s southern beaches, right up to Palm Beach. As Pittwater emerges below, the flight heads inland to the Hawkesbury River and Brisbane Waters region before passing over the Central Coast to eventually land amongst the famed vineyards of the Hunter Valley. After landing, experience local wine tasting before sitting down to a gourmet lunch at one of the region's most reputable restaurants. The peaceful surrounds and genuine country hospitality of the Hunter Valley perfectly complements the superb food and wine the area is renowned for.

Participant Guidelines:
All flights operate minimum of 2 people. Singles are welcome on existing flights only. A maximum passenger weight of 110kg applies. Should any individual guest weight exceed this threshold, a 50% surcharge on the retail rate is applicable. Minimum age is 18 years old.

Numbers on Day:
This certificate is for one person. All flights operate minimum of 2 people. Singles are welcome on existing flights only.

What to Bring / Dress Code:
Bring camera/video camera, sunglasses. Comfortable clothing.

Duration:
Tour duration is approximately 5 hours, including two 1-hour helicopter flights. Includes city hotel pick-up, wine-tasting session and 2-course lunch.

Availability:
Tours run everyday of the year except December 25th, 26th and January 1st. The tour requires a minimum of two passenger to commence and is subject to availability. Bookings are essential.

Weather:
If the weather conditions are not favourable the operator will contact you to reschedule the tour at the next convenient date.

Spectators:
Not applicable.

Other:
Due to the escalating cost of aviation fuel, a $10.00 per person fuel surcharge applies. This fuel surcharge will be collected at the Heliport prior to flight.
