If you are keen to learn “The Art of Pastry” then these classes are ideal.

Learn the art of pastry making, or make your own hot cross buns plus Italian treats Pastiera Napolitana and Colomba. From Biscuit making, cakes , to Gluten free sweet treats, there are a selection of courses for the sweet tooth. As an additional cost: courses can be complimented on request with a private wine tasting with an experienced wine educator. Courses run for 4 hours in the evenings, refreshments are included. Everything you need to bring some lovely treats to your table.

Participant Guidelines:
The classes are recommended for adults.

Numbers on Day:
No more than ten participants per class.

What to Bring / Dress Code:
As you will be working in a commercial kitchen, it is suggested you wear comfortable clothes with confortable shoes and no jewellery. Aprons will be provided.

Duration:
Each class is totally hands on & usually of a four hour duration. Participants arrive around 6pm, are offered a glass of wine & an outline of the evening. You will start baking around 6.20 pm and pause for a light supper break mid evening cooking through to 9.30 pm.
