Full Description

Bring out the best in your wine, as your group are guided through the core principles of the perfect match! You'll be the envy of all your friends and colleagues at your next party!

Your group wine matching and degustation experience begins with a 60 minute talk and discussion on the principles of wine and food matching and you will each receive a tuition booklet that will become a valuable reference guide for you in the future.

Afterwards, it's time to get into the business end of the wine matching course! Each person will have the opportunity to participate in the wine matching session and enjoy a 6-course degustation menu. You will also learn examples of wines that don't match!

After the wine matching course, your group can expect to have learnt sensory evaluation techniques, wine style and character, matching wine with food, serving temperatures and finally, to decant or not to decant.

You must be over 18 years of age to participate in this experience.

This delicious experience is for a group of 20 people.

What to Bring / Dress Code:
Smart, casual dress is required. The course is held in a fine dining restaurant, which requires smart attire. We recommend wearing pants with a collared shirt.

Duration:
The experience is approximately 3.5 hours in duration. This is made up of 60 minutes of tuition followed by 2.5 hour food and wine matching degustation extravaganza!
