Your own Personal Chef and Waiter to cook you and 19 of your friends a gourmet BBQ. A great way to entertain in the summer time.

This gourmet BBQ will take place at a venue of your choice within the Melbourne metro area.*

The menu includes:
• Marinated eye fillet medallions
• Harissa spiced Barossa Valley chicken skewers
• Assorted Jonathon's sausages
• Angus beef burgers
• Sea scallops with smoked salmon
• Field mushrooms with roast garlic and chili
• Roast potatoes with rosemary
• Roast vegetables
• Tomato, basil and bocconcini salad
• Sliced onions
• Garden salad
• Assorted dinner rolls and breads

*The venue will be assessed prior to BBQ by the vendor and meet standard Australian health and safety regulations for operating an event.

Numbers on Day:
There is plenty of food for up to 20 guests.

What to Bring / Dress Code:
Drinks are not included in the price, however outstanding beverage packages are available upon request. We provide a commercial Gas BBQ. You will need to provide 1 medium sized table for the service. All bookings are subject to availability.

Duration:
Standard duration of the dinner is approximately 5 hours.

Availability:
These experiences are reserved on a demand basis, so advanced bookings are essential.

Weather:
In the case of wet weather conditions you will need to select a venue where the BBQ area is covered.

Outer Melbourne metropolitan areas can be serviced at additional cost. All BBQ's cater for vegetarians. *The venue will be assessed prior to BBQ and meet standard Australian health and safety regulations for operating an event. If a venue is not assessed prior to the event cancellation fees maybe charged.
