Escape for a few hours and you will be restored to see a brand new you. This package encompasses all the “essentials” in maintenance. Perfect prep for a special event. Just leave it to the team.

- 60 minute massage of your choice-relaxation/deep tissue/remedial/pregnancy
- Hands and feet therapy – two therapists working to produce their finest in hands and feet. Manicure and spa pedicure.

Massage choices include:

Relaxation
A smooth, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, calms the mind and improves wellbeing. Alleviates stress and fatigue.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It is designed to penetrate into the sections of thick muscles, specifically the individual muscle fibres. It is usually a firmer and deeper massage treatment to alleviate tired muscles and tension. It may cause some soreness during or after the session, which dissipates after a few days.

Remedial
A remedial treatment helps to restore function to injured soft tissues -muscles, tendons and ligaments. Therapy may involve the use of various types of Massage, as well as a range of other physical treatments to assist recovery. In addition, you may be asked to perform some activities at home to assist the process of recovery.

Pregnancy
The pregnancy massage incorporates the use of a special pregnancy support pillow that allows the client to lie on their tummy for greater comfort in the 2nd and 3rd trimester. Massage relieves the tensions and discomfort of pregnancy. It calms the nervous system and reduces fatigue whilst enhancing energy.
