Full Description

Organise a group or reward a team for good effort by arranging for one of our experienced and qualified yoga instructors to come onsite to provide staff with some well earned down time.

Frogs n socks yoga classes are adapted to suit all levels and abilities - from those with some yoga experience and for those with no yoga experience.

Don't worry we don't encourage bodies to be be bent like pretezels - instead we encourage people to work in a way that is safe and comfortable.

The class will include some asana (body work), breath and relaxation to complete the experience.

Additional Information

People per certificate:
Certificate covers 8-15 people.

Participant Guidelines:
This experience is suitable for all ages and experience levels. Prior to running the class the instructor will check in to gather background information on health and fitness of those participating.

Numbers on Day:
8-15 people plus your instructor

What to Bring / Dress Code:
Comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided.

Duration:
The yoga session lasts for 1 hour . Your instructor will arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the class to set up the space and prepare for the session.

Availability:
Your instructor will arrange a mutually suitable time for your session.
