The Country House is fully self-contained with large dining and living areas perfect for the family or group of friends. The lounge room has been fitted out with comfort in mind with an open fireplace, large lounges and huge windows that maximise the views.
Ideally situated between Moruya township and the pristine Moruya Beach, The Knoll has the best of both worlds. Restaurants and shops are only moments away and yet the rural setting is peaceful and idyllic.
A barbeque on the verandah and alfresco seating for eight makes it perfect during the warmer months.
The house sleeps up to eight adults in four large bedrooms. The main downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite and private balcony with table and chairs. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, direct access to the large wraparound verandah and a large bay window. Upstairs, the third bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two singles while the fourth bedroom has a queen and two singles.
The bedding, linen and towels are of the highest quality. A portacot is available for infants (please bring your own linen for the portacot).
The Country House has been stylishly furnished with comfort in mind. From the most comfortable beds to quality Jarrah timber floors, you will enjoy this beautiful South Coast house and property.
