Full Description

On your first visit (approximately 1 ½ hours in duration), you will be instructed in measuring out the ingredients for your chosen beer. These will be then brought to a designated kettle, where the expert staff will guide you through the brewing process. Once completed, the staff will transfer you into a fermentation barrel and then look after your precious brew until you return (2 – 4 weeks later) for bottling.
The staff will then sit with you to help design your own personalised beer labels. Starting with a blank canvas the staff can design anything you like and include photos, logos, or any design you have in mind!
On your second visit (approximately 1 hour), your beer will have been freshly filtered through the triple fermentation system, carbonated, and readied for bottling. You will sterilise your full set of new 330mL bottles, and transfer them to your designated bottling station. Here you will be shown how to properly label, fill and cap your beers. Cardboard cartons are provided to take your beers home.
Your beer is ready to drink immediately and should be kept refrigerated to maintain maximum flavour (these beers taste better than anything you will have drunk before, but as there are no chemicals or preservatives used, they need to be kept cold).

The certificate is for one person. Bring along your friends or family (but remember, if they come to help – they may expect to be able to share in the spoils!!)

Minimum age 18 years. Wear covered shoes.
