A one hour lesson learning the sensual moves of the Middle East. Perfect for HEN'S PARTIES or groups

Have you ever wished that you could dance like Shakira? Get your girlfriends together and spend an enjoyable hour learning the sensual moves of the Middle East in a private environment. No previous experience required - we will break the moves down step-by-step.

The instructor will meet you at the arranged venue. After a brief introduction and outline of activities, we begin with a short warm up. The class will cover a variety of moves such as hip drops, shoulder shimmy, hip shimmy, and figure 8. Once everyone has the hang of the moves, we will put them together in a short and simple chorography. The class will end with a warm down and stretch.

Available any day 11am to 9pm but is subject to availability. Please book seven working days in advance to ensure you can book the date and time most suitable for you.

People per certificate:
This experience is best suited for parties of 4 to 30 people. Each certificate valid for one class.

Participant Guidelines:
Participants will need to sign a waiver for injuries prior to beginning. If any participants have physical injuries, they need to consider whether this activity is appropriate for them. The class will not be extended if the participants were late or unprepared to start at the time booked. 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Numbers on Day:
You and your friends, and your teacher.

What to Bring / Dress Code:
Wear loose fitting or stretchy gym pants (or similar). A loose fitting shirt or singlet top. Bare feet. If possible bring a hip scarf or a scarf/ sash (or similar) to tie around your hips so we can check your movements. Bring a bottle of water and a towel. The venue must have, or a participant must bring, a CD player (the teacher will supply the music).

Venue to be pre-arranged. Venue hire is at the cost of the purchaser.
