Bar-Be School BBQ 3 Part Course is for anyone that wants to get the most out the BBQ. Now is a great time to get some professional tips on the classics and learn some new recipes to amaze your friends and astound your family when you next fire up the barbie!

Bar-Be School offers a course that is made up of three self-contained classes that can be taken individually or as a whole series in any order:
Lesson 1 - BBQ Meat
Lesson 2 - BBQ Seafood
Lesson 3 - BBQ Vegetables, Skewers and Desserts

In the classes no knowledge is assumed, but the more a student knows about BBQ cooking, the more they learn from the experienced chef presenters.

Sydney locations are:
- Fairland Pavilion, Centennial Park
- Mt St Terrace Hotel, North Sydney
- The Union Hotel, North Sydney

Additional Information

People per certificate:
1 person.

Participant Guidelines:
Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Numbers on Day:
There may be up to 20 people in the class on the day.

What to Bring / Dress Code:
Casual Dress, please wear solid covered shoes with rubber sole. You don't need to bring a thing as tutorials include all ingredients and salads that combine to create a great meal, as well as notes and a folder to keep them all in.

Duration:
The lessons are normally held on Saturdays from 11.30am - 2.00pm or 3.30pm to 6.00pm or Sundays from selected venues.

Classes generally available on weekends.
