You can be guaranteed this will be much more than your standard cooking class! This is not a demonstration, you get to do all the cooking – not the Chef!

We invite you and your friends to a cooking class where you can 'sizzle' your way into creating a fabulous, 5-Star BBQ feast to eat & enjoy together. Your chef will teach you a few tricks and inspire you to create a delicious BBQ feast – perfect for dining al fresco Aussie style this summer. Reward yourself with the easiest and most lively BBQ Feast ever!

This 100% interactive class aims to give you that added expertise to entertain and most of all impress your guests. With your chef close by to guide and inspire you... Soon you will become the Grill King or Queen of your household with your guests marvelling that this isn’t any ordinary BBQ lunch!

Learn some classic BBQ grilling styles and show off your new repertoire with recipes such as baby BBQ potatoes with rosemary skewers, make mouth-watering balsamic baby onions, and take traditional BBQ faire like beef, lamb and prawns to sizzle your way into your family’s hearts and stomachs forever!
So come along and see and taste for yourself!

Bring your friends, enjoy a glass of bubbles on arrival and get ready for a 3 hour session of fun, laughter and learning.

1 Person.

Participant Guidelines:
You must be 15 years of age or older to participate in this experience and over 18 years to drink wine with the meal. Please Note: Cooking classes may not be suitable for people with food allergies - please contact us if you have any concerns.

Numbers on Day:
There will be a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 people per class. There will be a maximum of 15 people per chef.

What to Bring / Dress Code:
Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended. You should wear closed-in shoes - the flatter the better! Stilettos are not suitable. We have fabulous aprons for purchase at $25, or you can bring your own. Bring your sense of adventure and a smile!

Duration:
This is a 3 hour cooking class with lots of interaction, talk & laughter. You’ll cook restaurant quality food which you get to enjoy at the end with a glass of wine. Cooking class tuition by experienced and fun chefs and cooks, including professional knife chopping training.

Availability:
Classes are held approximately monthly. Weekend classes start at 11am and finish at 2pm, Tuesday night classes start and 6pm and finish at 9pm.

Weather:
Your class takes place in our swanky venue so it’s great in any weather!
