Full Description

Milestones Photography provides a professional photography session with your newborn up to 7 weeks old. Taken in the comfort of your own home, a mobile studio will be set up in the room with the most natural light and space. It takes up to an hour, depending on the baby. The priority is a relaxed atmosphere and that the baby’s needs are met. Photos can be taken with the baby, parents and siblings. The package includes the session, an online private gallery and the prints include: 2 x A4 print, 4 x 5”x7” prints, 10 x 6”x4” prints. Extra prints and albums are also available. Covering Inner city, inner west to greater Western Sydney.

People per certificate:
1 newborn, parents and up to 2 siblings.

Participant Guidelines:
It is advisable to capture the newborn within the first 7 weeks, whilst the baby still fits on your forearm and to ensure the sleepy baby look.

Numbers on Day:
Baby, parents and up to 2 siblings.

What to Bring / Dress Code:
Parents to dress in plain long sleeve black tops. Siblings to dress in black also. Have a warm blanket and towels for the baby, as wet accidents almost always happen!

Duration:
Up to an hour – depending on the baby. It’s a game of patience photographing a newborn. Our priority is that the baby is happy.

Availability:
Weekdays and weekends

Weather:
No weather changes as the photo shoot is in your home.

Spectators:
Depending on the size of your home, but preferably not, as this disturbs the baby.

Other:
A mobile studio backdrop & lighting will be set up in your home. Preferably in a room with the most natural light. Best to schedule the shoot when the baby has woken from sleep and finished feeding – generally mid morning. All photos can be viewed on a private online gallery, which family and friends can gain access to and purchase prints through the site. Extra prints, albums, canvas prints and wood mounted prints available for purchase.
