If you want to learn more about wine, online wine merchant, The Vine Press (specialising in handpicked premium family owned vineyards) www.thevinepress.com presents 'Wine Gratification', a 4 week course of wine discovery. Taste premium and aged wines, identify white and red grape varieties, understand how table and sparkling wines are made, and learn about viticulture in Australia. The four-week course of wine discovery is two hours per week.

Availability:
The courses run all through the year over 4 weeks at The Castlereagh Boutique Hotel, 169 Castlereagh Street, Sydney. The next courses will start on Monday October 10 for 4 weeks until October 31 and Monday February 20, 2012 until March 12, 2012. The courses are held from 7-9pm
